Dear Vendors:
The 28th Arts & Crafts Festival will be held behind the restaurant at the golf course, 7878 Birch Bay Drive. (Formerly Stephani’s), more or less in the middle of Birch Bay
Hours of operation:
Saturday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 5:00pm
Fees:
10’x10’ space = $50
10’x20’ space = $100
10’x10’ space, Food Vendors = $100
Ten (10) food vendors, only, will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
No duplications.
Please be prepared if there is no water or electricity available.
Setup of spaces will be available starting Friday, July 20th at 3:00pm. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights. When you arrive, please come to the Chamber Information Booth to receive your assigned location. Please let us know if you want to be next to a particular vendor/friend.
