Join in Birch Bay's Ring of Fire & Hope as we celebrate the new year signaling
the start of a prosperous New Year! Bring any surplus or outdated signal or road
flare and form a ring of fire around the bay. We will meet at Stephani's Restaurant
and work around the bay north and south.
